"I had attended other PT offices before, but never got the results I have achieved at TheraMAX".

I had attended other PT offices before, but never got the results I have achieved at TheraMAX. John helped make my knee stronger before surgery and his treatment and advice after surgery has been great. I am now back to playing tennis three times a week with no pain and better strength than before. Thanks John!

"Once I started with John McKillop, my pain was gone..."

After two back surgeries a few years ago, I continued to be in pain. Once I started with John McKillop, my pain was gone within a month and has not returned. I am now back to my regular activities without any pain

"I was really impressed by Jonh's knowledge..."

In a letter to his therapist...

During our telephone conversation concerning my recent labyrinthitis attack, you attributed my dizziness to crystals of calcium carbonate moving to areas where they do not belong. My daughter in law, a Physical Therapist, relayed to me a experience that she had with her dizziness. She went to a fellow PT who specializes in vertigo problems, had a procedure performed on her (the Epley maneuver I believe) and amazingly all symptoms disappeared. She also gave me an eight page article on Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).

I went to the Vestibular Disorders Association web site and got the name of a Physical Therapist who is trained in performing in-office BPPV Maneuvers, John McKillop. I made an appointment and went to see him, that was one week ago.

I was really impressed by Jonh's knowledge of the subject, the diagnoses procedures he performed, and his thoroughness. He performs the procedure three or four times a week and gained my confidence right away. I followed the post treatment suggestions that included sleeping in a sitting position for two nights and on the four day he called to see how I was doing.

Well I'm doing fine. Last night I slept in a horizontal position and no hint of dizziness.

Best regards,
John B.

Sciatica

Millions of people suffer from low back pain each day. Most are between the ages of 30 and 50, and many endure not only back pain, but also severe pain or numbness running into one or both legs. The result: loss of activity, inability to work and inability to participate in the activities we enjoy most. It is estimated that some 80 to 90% of Americans will suffer from back pain during their lifetime, about 50% of which will have more than one episode. Often times, you will hear the name “Sciatica” associated with this pain, and rightly so.
