I had spinal laminectomy surgery in June of 2018. Tying my shoe laces was nearly impossible, rolling over in bed was very difficult, walking a distance was very hard. After  months of physical therapy with John my life has completely turned around. I can now do all the things that I could not do. I can exercise on my own treadmill and perform careful physical activities. I could not be happier with the results.
