I had spinal laminectomy surgery in June of 2018. Tying my shoe laces was nearly impossible, rolling over in bed was very difficult, walking a distance was very hard. After months of physical therapy with John my life has completely turned around. I can now do all the things that I could not do. I can exercise on my own treadmill and perform careful physical activities. I could not be happier with the results.

When I first came in for therapy my back was in a lot of pain. Simple motions hurt and I felt very limited. After the very first day I could feel improvement, and that I was able to do more things with no pain. Dare I say my experience was phenomenal. I am walking, and walking so well. My injury was so severe, I wasn’t sure I would walk, (and walk normally) again. John is kind and very patient. It is that time of year again when we do all we can to prepare for the intense holiday bustle while battling the elements and often times damaging our bodies in the process. In a losing effort against the clock we are typically guilty of performing physically difficult tasks such as shoveling snow, moving heavy boxes, setting up awkward trees and decorating the house beyond even the Grandchildren’s wildest dreams.
