I had spinal laminectomy surgery in June of 2018. Tying my shoe laces was nearly impossible, rolling over in bed was very difficult, walking a distance was very hard. After months of physical therapy with John my life has completely turned around. I can now do all the things that I could not do. When I first came in for therapy my back was in a lot of pain. Simple motions hurt and I felt very limited. After the very first day I could feel improvement, and that I was able to do more things with no pain. Dare I say my experience was phenomenal. I am walking, and walking so well. My injury was so severe, I wasn’t sure I would walk, (and walk normally) again. John is kind and very patient.
